Whilst staying at Beacon Hill in your 4 Star or 5 Star cottage some of you may wish to have special meal catered for you and we have three options available: Fresh Element, Tapas in a Box , Katie Philipson and Wilkins Fine Dining.

It is possible to order a full range of ready made meals to be in your cottgage when you arrive... let the chef in the family have a proper break as well!

Fresh Element Dinner Parties at Beacon Hill

Enjoy an evening of fine dining during your holiday with Fresh Element. Sample the delights of the finest ingredients Northumberland has to offer, while enjoying the surroundings of your luxurious holiday accommodation.

We provide a full service, including your own chef and service staff, ensuring the evening is as stress free and enjoyable for you as possible.

How It Works

Please get in touch with us either via e-mail or phone with the dates you wish to book.
Please select your menu options, keeping your choices to two per course. (if you would like to alter anything on the menus then do not hesitate to get in touch with us)
Let us know your choices along with the times you would like to dine.
We'll confirm your order back to you via e-mail, post, fax or whatever is most convenient for you.
We arrive approximately one hour before you wish to dine in order to set up.
We bring all cutlery, crockery, napkins and serving utensils required.
If you would like us to provide glassware then please let us know.
Parties of below six will be serviced with only a chef and no waiting staff.

Tapas in a Box

Tapas Delivery - you might like to consider a full tapas drop off with Tapas in a Box. These Tapas boxes bring together selections of (chilled) cold and hot (frozen) Tapas, that are authentic, exclusive and developed to treasured family recipes; they can be delivered to your cottage at Doxford.

The products are transported in specialist packaging and the cooling technology used maintains the food at the right temperature for a minimum of 24 hours after dispatch.

The chilled products (cold tapas) are packed separately from the frozen (hot tapas), so that each category at the correct temperatures during their journey to you. Special frozen gel packs are used to keep the chilled foods below 5º C, so they will be in perfect condition when they arrive.

For orders received before 12 pm, the courier company will deliver by 4 pm the next day. Delivery takes place from Tuesday to Friday.

This is a great way to feed a party you may have in your cottage, especially if you have taken a few cottages for a reunion or family gathering.
