Our Holiday Cottages
We have fifteen self catering holiday cottages on our beautiful 350 acre farm, with acres of woodland and marvellous views to the coast and Cheviot Hills. The cottages, which are set in landscaped gardens in the middle of the estate, are all of an exceptional standard.

Beacon Hill has won more awards for quality than almost any other similar business in England. We are the only business to have reached the final of England's Self-Catering Holiday of the Year on three occasions, and the only one to have won this prestigious award twice, in 1991 and 2000.

We won North East of England Self Catering Holiday of the Year 2006. This is the fourth time we have won this award, having entered four times!

Each holiday cottage is fully equipped with everything one could possibly need, including colour television, fan-assisted and microwave ovens, dishwasher, washer-drier and deep freeze. All have central heating, masses of books, colour television, radio, quality pictures and prints, comfortable chairs and superb views; most even have log fires. All cottages have a CD player, and you can access your e-mail by WiFi in the reception using either your own laptop or our computer and printer.
