The Booking Process Explained

The Online Booking Process Explained

When you complete the online booking form and press send, our availability will be updated automatically and your selected property will be yours.

Subject to our final confirmation, the contract will be formed once the deposit has been paid and cleared.

At this stage, you will be sent a formal confirmation of the dates booked, the deposit paid and the balance owing. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The deposit should not be confused with the auto-reply you will receive on sending the booking form, which does not constitute acceptance of the booking by Beacon Hill Farm

Once the formal confirmation has been sent, a binding contract will exist between the guest and Beacon Hill Farm Holidays. The balance will then be due even if the guest does not come on holiday or pay the balance.

If guests leave damage in the cottage or leave the cottage in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairing this damage.
