The 350-acre farm, which includes ancient beech woods, is north of Morpeth, between the coast and the Northumberland National Park.

Accommodation:

12 well-equipped cottages decorated with a personal touch (lots of books and pictures), the majority of which are dotted around 15 acres of landscaped gardens. Some are converted from farm buildings, others are sensitive new builds. Most have fantastic views, some have private gardens. You can pro-order homemade meals for your cottage.

Facilities:

A big indoor pool with countryside views on all sides, gym, beauty salon, games room, covered adventure playground, tennis court, cricket net, football pitch and trout lake.
